a very nice, comfortable hotel with smiling staff all the time! perfect location, perfect service, perfect room view :) in general I LOVED IT!!!
Very nice hotel, friendly staff. Clean and located in good area to visit centre of the city. However you would need to have a fair walk to get to the beach. I used taxi to get to the beach. I did stay in premium room, and it was very nice. Very big bed and nice bathroom. Not so nice view out of the window, but as spend most time on the beach and in the city, I overall rate hotel 4*.
Good hotel in downtown sochi close to all thre activ in the city. The staff is professional for the most part. Could go a little more on customer service at breakfast time. Our checkin agent Constantine did a good job following up on the reservation changes. Overall good hotel, with some attention it can go to excellent
