Beautiful hotel - if you like quality wood workmanship then this is the hotel.for you. All the flooring, built in furniture, beds etc are made from beautiful solid wood. Efficient man on reception to check us in and a home made generous breakfast buffet. Hotel is next door to an incredible traditional Romanian Restaurant that has live music and memorable decor. Poiana Brasov is a small but pretty town I would love to come back in winter.

We stayed at Denisa boutique for 7 days ,just after Christmas and over the New Years eve..I honestly couldn't be any happier. We we're a group of 8 adults with 6 kids . The way they treated our little ones, the fact that they understood that kids can get noisy ,made our lives so much easier. From the moment we stepped there they suggested that we should feel as we are home and indeed we felt that. They were very helpful and always with a smile on their faces. Well done to the staff running this place....this place it's outstanding because of you.

The furniture is really nice and high quality, and breakfast is really good with many options. However we got a room on the fourth floor with no elevator, and the whole place is very unfriendly to wheelchair users or anyone arthritic or asthmatic. The receptionist was very indifferent and unhelpful when explained that we had luggage to carry. The fourth floor room was terrible and dangerous, with sloping roofs that were so easy to bump your head on. There was a large, transparent window without a proper curtain, giving no privacy, a light that could not be turned off, and skylights without proper blinds, so the room was lit at night, especially due to the really late sunset. The bathroom also had a dangerous sloping roof, and a sliding door which couldn’t be locked and couldn’t even be fully closed, leaving a 2 inch open gap.
