We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Emporio Ixtapa. The location is perfect, the food was delicious, and the customer service was truly outstanding. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. The view from our room was beautiful and made our stay even more special. We felt well taken care of throughout our entire visit and genuinely enjoyed our time there.
I've been going to this specific hotel every year for our family vacations, each time is special im so happy with the staff the room cleaning, i feel like i created a bond already with the people working there, they are so nice, the food is amazing, everything is great i love it
Rooms and staff are great. The rooms are clean and in good condition though you can tell they're aged. Location is great with beach access just steps away. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Only negative was super loud music every night until 11 pm
