Hello, I stayed in the ground-floor one-bedroom apartment. I thought it was beautiful and perfect. Everything was brand new, with underfloor heating, a separate entrance, a kitchenette to heat food and store it in the refrigerator. Porcelain bathroom. Double bed. Perfect location, one block from San Martín. The Hotel Austral reception is also available for key collection, breakfast (optional), or any questions. They were friendly. I recommend it and would return, as I felt very comfortable traveling alone there! Thank you very much.

The location is very convenient, the apartment is comfortable, with a good view, very well heated and adequately equipped. There is no cleaning service, but they did change our towels and gave us what we needed when we asked for it. The staff's attention is very good and warm, they informed us and recommended places to eat on Sunday, which is closed, and car rental companies, for example. We were able to park the car on the block and leave our luggage until the time we needed for our flight

Very good location in the city. Clean and comfortable to stay in. Very well maintained and with nice details. Tidy. Those facing the bay are built on the basis of an English-style house. Very nice to admire. It has a connection to the Austral Hotel, so breakfast can be added, and personalized attention is available for questions at any time. It has a full set of dishes and kitchen utensils. Good water pressure and no temperature issues. Complete.
