We had a themed suite with stunning views! The room is suspicious and clean. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The wellness area (including an indoor pool) even though small but comfortable, nice, and clean. The outdoor sauna is stunning! All the staff was awesome and very helpful! Always welcome us with big smiles. Hope someday can come back to this hotel ☺️

We spent eight days there this summer and were absolutely thrilled. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The location is fantastic. The hiking trails start almost directly from the hotel. The cable car is also practically on our doorstep. We were particularly impressed by the excellent cuisine. The excellent and delicious dinners, including the incredibly delicious desserts, deserve special mention.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and can absolutely recommend it. Based on the negative comments here, you may have doubts, but I absolutely cannot confirm them and find them rather misleading. But in detail: The rooms are appropriate for an old family business: spacious, visually a bit dated, with a balcony, but above all clean. We didn't notice any lack of cleanliness in either the room or the wellness area. The rooms were also cleaned every day. The only small criticism of the room: We couldn't find a way to adjust the temperature, so we always got pretty warm at night. The wellness area included a pool with relaxation area and a sauna area with 2x sauna (1x60° and 1x90°), steam bath and relaxation area. Everything nicely done, modern and clean. Fresh sauna towels are available and bathrobes are hanging in the rooms. The food and the staff were the highlights of the stay for us (in addition to the great location: a 5-minute walk to the lift). In the morning there was a rich breakfast buffet. Here, as at dinner, attention was paid to good products. The motto here is not cheap and a lot, but high quality and still diverse. In addition, many products are regional and organic, which you can also taste. In the evening there is a 3-4 course menu. First, salad and soup from the buffet, then the main course (which you choose from 3 options in the morning, mostly meat, fish and vegetarian) and dessert, which are brought directly to your seat. I can only say again: it really tasted excellent! In summary, a clear recommendation of a beautiful family business with an outstanding culinary offering.
