Very enjoyable stay during our business trips. No other hotel was ever considered after our first stay. Once I even received a cake for my birthday from ms. receptionist!

On the positive side, the service provided by the hotel staff was truly commendable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. The room I stayed in was well-appointed and comfortable, providing a cozy ambiance that helped me unwind after a long day of work. Additionally, the breakfast spread was quite impressive. The variety of options ensured that there was something for everyone, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. Furthermore, the availability of parking on-site was a huge convenience, making my daily commute hassle-free. However, my stay did have a couple of downsides that need addressing. Despite staying in the business class category, I was surprised to find that there was no water and coffee maker in the room. In a hotel that otherwise pays attention to guest comfort, this seemed like an oversight. A small touch like having a coffee maker would have added to the overall convenience of the stay. Similarly, the absence of an iron box in the room was quite inconvenient. When I requested one at the reception, I was taken aback by the 15 euro per day charge for its use. This came across as an unnecessary additional expense, especially for business travelers who often require a well-pressed attire.

Not a bad hotel per se but definitely not as good as expected especially for the price. No french speaking member. I was not that well welcome, not horrible but not nicely neither (i was wearing work clothes so probably didn't helped but it should not impact IMHO...) The room itself was old, a lot of fixed things not that well fixed. The worse shower I never got (i was 5th floor). Never got the water to get stable temperature. Especially for a spa establishment it desapointing but barelly usable. I left the room earlier (1pm), and use it and I am pretty sure it was not cleaned after me for next guest (the room was officially canceled, which brang me some drama with my job but that's another topic). I ask an invoice and the I do know better than you tone didn't helped with the service quality perception. The breakfast was not that bad. I didn't tried Spa nor Restaurant so i can't tell for those. Cheaper it will deserve a star more but the shower was really bad. If you are german speaker and rich looking enough you will probably have better service too.
