Our family will remember the time at your hotel! We were on a holiday, and our car broke down in Ried. For Our luck, we found Kaiserhof, and spent a night there. It was one of the Highlights of our whole holiday. The warm and personal hospitality really warmed our heart, we were treated with much care and also generousity. I highly recommend trying the breakfast, it is 5 Star! The richness, the quality and also the service. Thank you again!!! Family with 3 kids
I rarely give reviews but this place was so lovely I had to this time. We had to stay unexpectedly to be close to hospital and booked last minute but from the first moment it was lovely. The management (Marcus) was so helpful and accommodating, the hotelier, the receptionists were all great. The room itself was spacious, clean and likewise perfect. And finally a big thank you to the lovely cleaners who had to clean up after our 1 year old and messy me and were also so pleasant with cute touches like tucking in the teddies in the baby bed. So thanks so much and I look forward to staying here again.
We came together with our 1 year old son and had a great stay at the hotel, especially because of the extremly friendly and helpful owners and staff that made us feel very comfortable and went out of their way to help us with our kid. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel when you are in the area!
