The rooms are large compared to most European hotels and they are very clean. The staff is very friendly and quick and helpful. They all speak English as well as German. The breakfast is excellent and with a large variety of food. Very close to the old City part of Graz.
Fantastic hotel, Price and quality propably the Best in town. Receptionists are amazing, doing fantastic job. We run marathon and they allowed us to have a shower after we check out in diff. Room. Own parking place, big rooms, fantastic breakfast, Just great.
We stayed 4 nights in the apartment. For our family, this much space was amazing and I loved cooking for one meal each day while we visited Graz. There was enough cook wear and space to be comfortable. The part that was hard for us is that we were only given instant coffee and a couple tea bags for the 4 days we were there. We did not pay for breakfast, and were charged 2 euros for coffee. All other hotels we stayed at around Austria, were giving out coffee and tea for free all day. Something so little, we felt was interesting to not offer all day. If coffee and tea were free all day, that certainly was not obvious to me when I was escorted to use the coffee machine the first day I asked. After that we just didn't bother.
