Derby Mickleover Hotel BW Signature Collection

I really enjoyed my stay here! The receptionist Charlotte was so helpful and friendly, check in and check out was very smooth. This hotel is very close to a main road but you can't hear the traffic at all. I didn't try out the spa or the pool here so I can't comment on those. The room was lovely, very comfy bed, it was the break I desperately needed. Standard check out being 11am gave me the nice relaxing morning I needed without having to opt for a late check out, I'd definitely stay here again.

Good hotel Rooms very clean and far exceeded my expectations. Bathroom quite big which was also a surprise. Breakfast was great. Buffet style with everything you could possibly want. Unlimited coffee was a bonus too. We were greeted by a very welcoming receptionist on arrival and restaurant staff were very friendly. The only negative thing I can say about this hotel is it would be great if the cleanliness of the rooms continued into the foyer/lobby areas. Clearly needed vacuuming and looked quite run down with thread bare carpets on the stairs. Apart from this a really great experience here. Will certainly return 👍

We stayed last weekend and had a great time! The decor is a little dated in places, but it was worth the money, clean and pleasant. Emma the manager upgraded our room to the Chelsea, it was amazing! The staff were super accommodating and helpful, they even opened the bar early for us early. Breakfast was great and the pool super relaxing! Thank you to Emma and the team
