I am currently staying in room 507 (on the fifth floor) for a duration of four nights over Easter The rooms are clean and basic with no kettle to make a coffee (or other hot drink), the mini fridge doesn’t work, the air-conditioning is very weak, and the lock on the bathroom door is broken in fact, I got stuck in there and had to call the front desk from the phone in the bathroom! The Wi-Fi is adequate. Tip: If you don’t like noise (As the hotel is on the main road with lots of bars and restaurants), then I would suggest asking (beforehand) for a room towards the back of the hotel and on the topfloor. All staff I have come across have been pleasant, friendly and even helpful. Breakfast is very simple but adequate for one’s needs with a selection of fruits, cereals salads, a small variety of cheeses, olives and hot food. it’s held in two places - the ground floor by the lobby and one just below the pool area - I would suggest having your breakfast by the pool area as the views are beautiful. There is a small pool on the terrace and an even tinier one for babies and toddlers with an amazing view of the sea, cruise liners, the harbour, the marina and the moored yachts. The location is extremely central for everything and within walking distance to almost anywhere you’d like to go (in the area); the little buses (dolmuş) run directly outside if you prefer not to walk for 25tl (which is about 50 pence). All in all, I would say it’s definitely value for money; we paid something silly like £21 per night and we definitely recommend. If your expectations aren’t too high, It’s ideal.

This is in a fabulous location but it is in no way a 4 star hotel. You could see the staff are all unhappy in their job and this reflects in their service and attitude, the bar staff by the pool and downstairs in particular, never saw the pool being cleaned once. Absolutely no atmosphere in the bar on a night. Our rooms were never cleaned to a good standard either. The views from our room were spectacular which probably saves this hotel from being downgraded to a 3 or even 2 star hotel. Very noisy on a night too with dogs constantly barking and cars beeping all of the time. If I went back to Kusadasi I don't think I would stay here.

Had 2 weeks there and it's a typical 3 star Turkish hotel. If your after luxury, go to the 5 star resorts. Cheap and cheerful. Its right on the sea front in between the marina and cruise ship docks, the bus stop is right outside for trips away from the hotel. The rooms are tired and dated, the wife had a light and fluffy cushion whilst I had a bean bag. The beds are on the hard side. A small balcony on the side for us, if you want a sea view contact the hotel directly and pay them directly. The pool is on the roof and has a fabulous view, there's always plenty of loungers. The pool guy is up and down for people's food so sometimes the service is slow while you wait but the food is good quality. Few outstanding maintenance jobs in the rooms but again great value for money.
