The location couldn't be better. The rooms are a bit shabby and it wouldn't take much to make them look nicer. If you don't like the room, you are first given, request to see another. The bed in the first room I was given was hard as a rock and there were holes in the bath mat. I told them I wasn't going to stay and they showed me another that was much much nicer though, it did have a slight smell of cigarette smoke. For the price and the location, however, it's a good deal

This is the worst hotel I have possibly stayed in. The service was uncaring and to be honest when I informed them of the issues, they didn't seem to care regardless of the review ...so here goes. The room smelt of smoke so anyone with breathing issues ...avoid. My mother and father in law had no towel for a shower. Then our other one had a hole in it. The smoke alarm had a cover over it making it unable to detect smoke so it's a massive safety Hazzard. The spare sheets had multiple questionable stains. Looked to be urine, feces, semen or blood or all. When questioned about our room the team did not care. Avoid avoid avoid. If I could put a worse score I would. Oh and the breakfast was so terrible. Kind regards Michael P.s. if you really cared about your hotel you would listen to the reviews otherwise I would not be surprised for this business to go down based on so many safety and customer service faults. Oh and no coffee too.

The hotel's location and staff are good, but the hotel, cleanliness and maintenance need a lot of work. The hotel is in a miserable condition in terms of maintenance. I hope they work on the issue because the hotel's location is very good.
