The staff and the service are what makes this quirky venue a 5 star review. The food on the menu caters for everyone and is presented beautifully and with love. The pool and sun lounge areas are delightful and right on the beachfront. The driveway to the hotel is long but there are electric buggies that will take you up and down and the wait time is usually only a couple of minutes, we found this a great service. At the end of the driveway is a main tourist street with an array of all of the usual Bali offerings to be enjoyed, catering for all budgets and tastes. I would highly recommend the rooftop bar for a cheeky cocktail to watch the sunset and enjoy the DJ’s vibes.

An Exceptional Stay with Every Detail Thought Through We spent two nights at Potato Head Beach Club Suites, and the experience was truly out of this world. As a management consultant who works with business processes and designs experience blueprints, I couldn’t help but notice the incredible attention to detail. From the moment you arrive, every touchpoint of the customer journey is well thought through and flawlessly executed. The room was beautiful, the service outstanding and the food absolutely amazing. The entire atmosphere creates a sense of effortless luxury and comfort. The location is perfect, and if you want to head to the main road, there’s always a buggy available to take you there and back, which is super convenient. One of the other highlights was the guest-only daybeds - no minimum spend, always available, and so much more relaxed compared to Potato Head Beach Club. No loud music, very chill vibes. We also tried some of the experiences like sound bathing and incense making, and they were fantastic. Unfortunately, my husband fell ill during our stay, and we had to call a doctor. The staff went above and beyond to help us arrange everything quickly and with genuine care. We can’t wait to come back and experience it all over again!

I had an incredible stay at Potato Head Hotel in Bali! 🌴 The location is unbeatable—right on the beach in Seminyak, with easy access to shops, cafes, and nightlife. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. One of the absolute highlights was the breathtaking sunset views from the beachfront infinity pool—truly unforgettable!
