The hospitality at the hotel was excellent. I had accidentally lost my toe ring in the swimming pool, and the staff assured me they would return it if found during cleaning. True to their word, they located it and promptly delivered it back to me. This gesture really strengthened my trust in them. The property itself is also stunning—perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful morning view of the lake right from their room. A truly memorable stay!
We had stayed in the property yesterday and it was really amazing experience.. the view from the resort is really great. They have a nice ayurvedic spa as well. Food is good and staffs are really friendly.. Best part is they don't bother you for anything and you have your full privacy. They didn't even do the disturbing phone calls for checkout like other properties. The welcome drink and special the Banana chips served along with that was really good.. overall we enjoyed our stay here🥰
The location is beautiful, right next to the serene backwaters, and the surroundings are lush green and picturesque, making it a peaceful retreat. However, the rooms are quite basic, and since the property is near the backwaters, it’s important to keep the doors closed to avoid mosquitoes. Room service and food quality were average. Breakfast was disappointing, so it might be better to book without it and explore some good restaurants nearby instead. The restaurant area is quite open, which allows crows to come in while dining, and this can be uncomfortable, especially for kids. Tea could also be improved. Overall, the property has a great location and ambience, but there’s definitely room for improvement in food and service.
