Wedding night at the lovely Design Hotel ❣️ The staff was very helpful and fast to respond to requests - our early arrival was not a problem at all. (Special thanks to Amanda) We had a room with a sauna and the whole atmosphere felt like Lapland's magic. The hotel had a pillow menu and even though we arrived back from the festivities before midnight, we were able to get the pillows we wanted. One development idea: We were able to book our breakfast for 10:00 and thought that it would be available (on the tables) at least until 10:45, even though the info said breakfast is served until 10:15. However the breakfast tables were empty by 10:20. I know someone can eat in 15min, but perhaps you shouldn't be able to book your slot just before breakfast ends 😅 All in all, the breakfast thing was a minor detail and as a whole our wedding night experience was magical - We will return ❣️

Hotel staff and service excellent. Food buffet generally very good. In a great spot for Cross country ski trails. And having the pool/sauna to use was fantastic

Dear Sir or Madam, Unfortunately, our stay at your hotel complex, Levi Design Hotel and Levi Spa Hotel, did not meet our expectations, which is why I would like to share some constructive feedback with you. We had originally checked into the Levi Design Hotel but decided to switch to the Levi Spa Hotel on the same day. The positive aspect of this room change was that our new room was a clear upgrade—it met the standard of a 4-star hotel and even had a private sauna. However, cleanliness throughout the hotel left much to be desired: the hallways and carpets were heavily stained, giving the hotel an overall unkempt appearance. The ski storage area was also uninviting—more of a mix between a storage room and a workshop, making it difficult to identify the actual space intended for ski equipment. Another major issue was the access to the wellness area, which required walking through a tunnel with the same stained carpets and bare, partly dirty walls. It was particularly uncomfortable that the path led directly through the Burger King located in the building—having to walk through a fast-food restaurant in a bathrobe is far from a relaxing experience. The wellness area itself was very confusing to navigate, the saunas were hard to find, and the pools were more cold than warm, which significantly reduced the relaxation factor. Regarding the Levi Design Hotel itself: the entrance area and the pizza restaurant were stylish, but the rooms were disappointingly small for a 5-star hotel and had unappealing views of parked cars or ski grooming machines. The buffet area was particularly underwhelming—rather than a high-end atmosphere expected in a 5-star hotel, it felt more like a school cafeteria. The only stylish aspect was the wooden hut-style walls. The carpet was a mismatched mix of colors, and the furniture seemed randomly thrown together, as if a small child had been hired as the designer. Only the separate room for the premium breakfast met the expectations of a 5-star hotel. However, due to our room change, we had to repeatedly explain ourselves every morning to gain access, which was highly unorganized and uncomfortable for guests. Lastly, I would like to mention that I experienced stomach issues on the last night of our stay. In this situation, I would have appreciated more considerate service—my mother was not even able to get a cola without paying extra. Overall, our stay did not reflect the standards expected of a 5- or even a 4-star hotel. I would rate the experience at best 3 stars. I hope you take this feedback as constructive criticism and consider making the necessary improvements. Best regards, Matthias & Claudia Herböck
