the hotel has an interesting design, although it is a bit old. there are statues made of stone, metal and ceramics. there is a parking lot for cars. very friendly and welcoming staff. the guys at breakfast are professionals in their field, always and at any time they provide first-class service. the food at breakfast is tasty and varied. now about the minuses. in almost all rooms the windows do not open, they cannot be opened for ventilation, in my room the window handle was removed and the screw was screwed in. the air conditioner does not work, there is no fresh air flow at all. the room is stuffy and hot. the room had a door key, but it could be opened even with a fork or any other metal force. the sockets for electrical appliances are all faulty, the phone charger falls out of them. this is very dangerous for a short circuit. I urge the management to pay attention to these serious problems and improve them.

The staff were nice, the breakfast was good but the bed bugs is just crazy, they really need to change their beds, Itching ourselves for the whole night, a sleepless night with bed bugs crawling all over. They said that that was their Only room , please for the sake of your nights sleep , avoid!!

Sorry but i don't know where u found this manageress Milica, she talks so loud in the morning and she is very rude. We dont need to know how sexy she is, its very bad and unprofessional for her to speak like that in a public place with her colleagues. Sorry but i was there in your hotel for my private business meeting and i was so ashamed. Dear director, please land her before she ruin your business.
