Really great hotel! We had such limited time we didn’t get to visit the bar, pool, or spa. But it was very nice and clean and the hotel staff was very helpful and spoke English.
This hotel was an absolute gem! The service from all staff were top notch! Sofia and Leila especially from the front desk right off the bat made my stay so comfortable I actually extended my stay three or four times and will come back! Their service level was so high, even as someone who permanently lives in hotels for the most part for the last fifteen years, I was impressed and surprised how comfortable I can be just based on the level of service of the front desk staff. The hotel also has a great buffet breakfast, a great gym that no one uses, a large indoor pool, and a pretty great spa with sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, lounge area, with spa robes.
Good & central location, rooms are not clean enough, saving the soap and shampoo.... breakfast may be goid but always something is missing and the service is very lazy. Disappointing after very satisfied with the design suites in Bariloche.
