Designhotel Wienecke XI. Hannover

We are on a trip with a group of exchange students from Canada and our stay at Hotel Wienecke was excellent.

The rooms are a bit too colourful to my taste and I cannot sleep on the feather pillows unfortunately as it barely supports my neck. However all amenities exist in the room, like a large TV, a mini fridge, safe, a very long coat rack, a desk with plenty outlets. The bathroom is also equipped with a good amount of space to put your toiletries. I had everything I needed from the room. Service was good and the closeness to Messe (we used the north entry) is also a plus.

It's a nice and peaceful place to stay. Pros: Rooms are well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. Public transportation is available in walkable distance, and hotel is placed in a very good spot. Ample parking space available. Breakfast provided is decent. Nearby the hotel, some good restaurants are there. Cons: There is no restaurant attached to the hotel. Drinking water is not available, we have to buy from outside. They don't provide shampoos, please carry with you. Sometimes in the evening there is heavy noise. One thing I don't like very much is, there's a lot of dust inside the room. and also in the lifts.
