The whole hotel is very nice, there is nothing to complain about, the spa caught my special attention. Thank you so much to all the spa staff. The massage was amazing. The dedication and commitment during the treatment are truly professional. It transports you to another world. I highly recommend visiting the spa when you're at the hotel.
We enjoyed our visit, at first we were a little bit upset because we went three people (my mom, my bf and me) and we wanted closer rooms. But my mom had balcony right infront of us (room 712 and 718). The woman at reception with black hair did not even think about it for second to exchange rooms. She told us that they are fully booked but… I don’t know. Anyway, I want to thank all the hard-working employees in the kitchen, at the bar, the chefs. They were always smiling, they worked fast and hard. Shout out to barman who was making drinks at hotel (those paid ones) - give him a raise! :D Also the cleaners, they were nice and everything was always clean. Food was delicious and there were many options. Thank you so much we will visit you again.
Lovely place in general. We were here on a 7 day vacation (or 8 day 7 nights, I just don't like to include the day we left). First let's start with the positive. Very helpful and lovely staff. They were airways very kind to us tourists. Whenever there was a problem they gave helpful advice and were very straight forward. For example, one day before leaving, I went to make sure when and where to return the beach towels. When I told the lady at the reception desk we are leaving tomorrow, she made sure we had a reservation for early breakfast even though I didn't ask her to (our delegate was responsible for the reservation and she did it later of course, the point here is the staff went above and beyond what they needed to). Next let's move to the location. Very good location, we were able to explore the city close to the resort. There is a bus stop right next to it for a hop in bus, I think that's what it's called. We didn't use it, because we were honestly lazy and found about it later. The beach was also very good, very clean. The water was lovely, except for the wind which made the waters too high to go with our child. Bad luck I guess. We still enjoyed it as much as possible. Now let's talk cat infestation 🤣😂. They're are cats all over Crete. They were here too. Now don't get me wrong, I'm a cat lover, but I'm not allowed too much cat time by my wife because I'm allergic. There were the cats in the premises, one of them even slept on one of our towels. It was on a day we went to change them so all was OK. But if you're allergic, you might need to be careful about how you dry your towels. Definitely not so a cat can sleep on it 😂. I guess the only real problem was the room. Mainly the bed was extremely hard for sleeping. I often woke up with a stiff neck and a headache caused by bad sleep position caused by a combination of very soft pillows and a very hard matrace. Finally, there were plenty of activities, water polo, volleyball, football, pingpong and other stuff. There are programs for children. All in all very nice. A very good experience.
