Dessole Holiday Taba Resort

Spent 2 nights in the hotel, rooms are clean and nice. Wifi works but is quite slow. Room cleaning is extremely slow, on the 2nd day they only arrived to our room by 6pm and i had to take toilet paper from the pool bathroom as no one would give us some. Food is mostly good, each meal you'll find something nice to eat. The staff is really nice (except the lobby). A/C is really good. The pool is great, so is the privet beach although there is almost never clean towels to take. Alcohol is included but is really really bad, some Egyptian awful brands, whisky cola was the only thing i could drink. To conclude, good value for money. Come with low expectations and have a nice time, otherwise you might be disappointed.

I checked in to find my room unclean, hair on the floor and someone's scarf in a drawer and the housekeeping changed the towels in front of me, and when i complained about this the housekeeping said i'll have lunch then come clean it?!!!! About an hour later i had it cleaned. Very low service, unclean and when i asked for a cup of water from the bar i found tea in it, very disgusting. And the other day i waited 3 hours for the housekeeping to clean my room, i then asked why it wasn't cleaned yet he said that he has priorities and i'll have wait for another hour.. I don't recommend going there unless they start taking cleanliness seriously

Staff is trying to do more efforts but they missing experience in many situation as problem between employee of pool and guest , ...etcRestaurant is very poor in variety of dishes and i found many times sticky libs on glasses and i talked with supervisor about this ,staff is kindly but as i said before there is no experience, Housekeeping came only one time to clean room in 5 days and this is after calling reception 5 times from 10am up to 5 pm , anyway its bad hotel to get relaxed as i wished in my vacation so it take 4/10
