It was a wonderful family vacation! The resort is beautiful, not too big, and very well-maintained. Everything is clean, and the staff is truly a great team (from the reception, to the waiters, the entertainment crew, the housekeeping staff, the pool attendants—everyone). The restaurant offers delicious food, everything is clean, and it's especially pleasant to dine outdoors. There is plenty of variety, so it's impossible not to find something you like. A special mention goes to the amazing Maître Anthony, who, throughout the week and for all three meals of the day, helped me always with a smile to find what I could eat, as I am celiac. Every morning, he got me a plate full of breakfast goodies, and he was always kind and attentive to all of us. 🙂 Another special mention to Stefano, the Italian entertainer who made our days so much more fun! (Though everyone is friendly). Any negative reviews are unjustified, probably written by people who are not used to stepping out of their homes. Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I recently stayed at Allsun Malia Beach Hotel in Crete, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything felt like a disaster. There was no air conditioning in the room — and in the heat of Crete, that’s completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit was broken, and no one seemed to care or offer a solution. Even more shocking was the water leaking from the ceiling directly into the bathroom — a serious safety and hygiene issue. The facilities were outdated, dirty, and clearly neglected. The room looked nothing like the photos shown online — it felt like a scam. Customer service was equally disappointing. There was no real effort to fix the problems or even offer an apology. It’s clear this place is poorly managed and not maintained at all. This hotel does not deserve even one star. I strongly advise other travelers to stay far away from this place until they take serious steps to fix their facilities and service. Don’t let your holiday be ruined like mine was.

For the first time, I want to leave a negative review. I am shocked!!! I have never encountered such terrible service in hotels! This is not our first time in Greece; we have always been very satisfied with excellent hotel service, delicious food, and cleanliness. We never had any complaints. We've stayed in both 4-star and 5-star hotels. This time, we decided to visit your hotel. The reviews were great, and we were confident we would have a wonderful vacation. Upon arrival, we realized how wrong we were... The photos of the rooms are VERY DIFFERENT from those on the website. Everything is old, with yellow toilet lids, and the water in the bathroom drains poorly. I won't even mention the shower curtain – it's disgusting. The food is okay, average, I would say, you won't starve, essentially. But the worst part is that they provide water in the room only on the first day. After that, you either buy it or fill it up in the restaurant (awful water with a chlorine smell from the tap). When you go to the restaurant to get water, the administrator will chase you away saying, 'Who's going to clean up this mess after you?' What????!!!! Did we pay 5000 pounds for this??? Have you lost your mind? And the 'wonderful' bartender at the bar told a child standing in line that there was no apple juice. But when I approached to complain, she shoved a glass of juice into my hands, saying, 'Mommy, did you see how many people I have here?!' This is disgusting! Towels are changed every 3 days. There are notifications everywhere that if you lose/break something, there will be a fine. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I do not recommend it to anyone! And I will write about this everywhere. You have made me very angry. Shame on you! You have disgraced the excellent service of Greece. Your service is outright garbage! P.S. The way the manager handles conflicts with clients deserves a separate comment, but I will refrain. It turns out that we are the bad guests, not that they provide poor service.
