Perfect stay! The gps/directions are a bit confusing but they are so helpful. Just search SunDestin and it’s right next to it. Beautiful condo, direct access to beach, has a pool and all the guests were friendly. I will definitely refer others and book again for myself!

Our condo was beautiful and the beach is gorgeous. Watching the dolphins every morning off our balcony and walking the beach for miles either way with the sound of the surf and families having fun; it was all super relaxing. Destin also has some great eateries! Highly recommend.

Location is excellent, can’t ask for a better beach area in Destin. Be aware when signing the rental agreement they send at booking that most of what’s in there will not be enforced, and illegal activities will be shrugged off as “people just having fun because it’s Summer.” Had an issue with the unit below us smoking marijuana pretty frequently, and caused us to not be able to use our balcony without being run off by the odor coming from below. Not a big deal to some, but we didn’t pay for a beach front condo to not be able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the views. It’s a shame management didn’t address the issue of breaking the rental agreement of both not smoking on balconies (specifically stated smoking only allowed in designated areas) and the use of illegal substances (clearly list marijuana on the rental agreement as being illegal in Florida and medical use is still not permitted).
