Destin Towers by Holiday Isle

We booked this last min aftrr arriving in Destin ok last min trip. We had room 2501 and it has a great view of the ocean. It is on the beach and centrally located. It was a 3 bed 2 full bath unit with a full kitchen, dining room table to seat 6 east and living room. It will sleep 8 very comfortably. We will absolutely be staying here in the future. Staff was super friendly when we called and at check in and check out. ait was considerably cheaper than other hotels but more room and comfort I believe.

Rooms need updates for sure!! Been the same for many at least a decade. Could be cleaner, but for the price & location you can't beat it. Staff is very helpful & friendly. And each weekday afternoon they offer different types of refreshments & entertainment on Thursday nights. If they dont get rained out. Love coming here every August. Very centrally located for all the activities here in Destin!

This place is great for beach proximity. That’s about it. There were cockroaches in our room and when I called, the front desk was not apologetic, or accommodating. Basically said she would try to get a work order in. So no customer service there at all. When we were leaving and unloading our room, a maintenance man not only entered our room where my children were, but then he pretty much yelled at me about leaving the door open and aggressively said he had guests waiting in the lobby to check in to our room. We were out early so there was no reason for this. I would never return here, honestly it was disgusting!!
