Destination London Docklands Riverside

We checked in for 4 nights for our anniversary, and the staff couldn't have done more for us. We arrived to a lovely warm cookie, and very helpful staff. They had given us a complimentary upgrade, as well as beautiful swan towels on the bed! The view from our balcony was breath taking, and we could see the whole London skyline in the evening, it was so peaceful. They have an uber boat for hotel residents that takes you across the river for free (although the timetable is off) Drinks were reasonably priced for London, and we would go back 100 percent.

We had a very comfortable 4 night stay here. The room and bathroom were very clean and the staff extremely helpful and went beyond their call of duty to meet our requests. I will definitely want to get back here again and again. The balcony opened up right on the Thames and the view was spectacular

For a Hilton Hotel I was very underwhelmed by the quality of the fixtures and fittings of our room. Having said that I normally sleep very poorly, but on the night we were there I had the best nights sleep in many months. The bed was so comfy so I can't really complain about anything. The room was very clean and tidy and for one evening it was more than adequate. Breakfast, even though it was buffet style there was plenty to choose from and well cooked and hot.
