Devero Hotel & Spa BW Signature Collection

For the past 2 years, my wife and I have stopped at this hotel for one night on our way to our holiday destination. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the rates are more than reasonable. The location is perfect, right off the highway, with free parking included. The staff are welcoming, and the included breakfast is really good. The hotel has two restaurants, we tried Dodici 24, an excellent bistro with plenty of choice and great service. We highly recommend this place!

Okay hotel, rooms are modern and fully equipped, but €20pp to use the indoor pool, and €9 room service for 1 pizza, really? And what looks like an outdoor pool is really just a decorative feature. Great rooms and covered parking, but far from everything, and extra services quite expensive. A bit disappointing breakfast for a 4 star executive hotel.

The accommodation is comfortable, but the breakfast is below expectations. The restaurant staff is extremely unpleasant, there is not enough food. The food containers are mostly empty, it takes a long time to replace them with full ones, and even then there is only enough food for about ten people. The restaurant staff was particularly unpleasant towards a group of Japanese tourists. The good accommodation was overshadowed by the unprofessional behavior of the restaurant staff!
