Glenn is amazing! We stayed in the Honeysuckle Spa Suite and it was just divine. The beautiful views, wild rabbits, cute little sparrows. Amazing! Place was very clean and very enjoyable. We LOVED the heated blankets. Glenn added such beautiful touches to our weekend - 2 free wine tasting vouchers for a local vineyard + a box of chocolates for our anniversary. Thanks Glenn! We will be back.

We just recently stayed here after the storms in Healesville causing power outages. Unfortunately we were without power the first night we arrived but Glenn managed to get us power to use the hot water and charge our phones. The power came back on during the night but Glenn still went above and beyond for us. The room was excellent, and the bed was super comfortable! Location was great, only a short drive out of the main street in Healesville.

Misleading and Overpriced. While the pictures look nice online, and maybe some of the rooms are nicer, the whole place smelled of the owners trying to cut costs while you pay a premium. Charging $240 per night, they offer: -remote controllers covered in glad wrap? -only two towels, one with holes in it, no hand towels -coles brand soap and cheap shampoo -screws sticking out of the wall -stated to include kitchenette, but only includes microwave, toaster, kettle and five (5) teabags. Instant coffee -flat pack furniture with stickers still on it. -the forest view is more a view of someone's granny flat. -no complimentary goodies And many other things contributing to an overall cheap feel, while they were charging us $240 per night (long weekend price gouging). If you're going to charge that much, you've got to offer something more. This place is in no way a 4 star hotel. I left feeling very taken advantage of, and misled. I would have been happy having paid half as much.
