Great pub! Amazing Caribbean menu cooked by the lovely Wilf which MUST be tried if your stopping off for a drink! Decent size inside, pool table, a rather big outdoor area at the back aswell with shelter and tables. The staff were really friendly, reasonable prices, decorated nice inside too.
First time visit, went for meal, food was amazing, I had chicken kebab huge chunks of chicken In fact too much chicken. Would definitely recomend a meal here. Can't wait for roasts to start A friend stayed the night said the room was lovely and would stay again 😁😁👍
Turning up at a hotel with a ‘business opportunity’ sign outside is never a good sign. And so it proved. The 4 star categorisation is as unbelievable as some of the reviews. 2 stars would be generous. The welcome was delayed and perfunctory; some of the decor outside the bedrooms is tired; and the room somewhat basic. Breakfast was adequate at best. At £99 per night for single occupancy it is seriously overpriced.
