Peaceful, professional, clean and helpful... a stone's throw from the sea also and close to a beautiful seafront cafe. Only 15/20 min walk to the pier and shops. I had a single room at the back with a stunning view of The Downs
A charming and cozy hotel,stayed here for a week it’s a wonderful experience.
Rooms reasonable size, reasonably clean, and there was basic breakfast available free of charge. However.... Had trouble getting in to start as proprietor was away and next door was covering. Only two rooms occupied over Xmas, yet they put us and the other guest both on the top (2nd) floor, and there are no lifts! Freeview was not getting a signal on most channels. Guest information in room had wrong WiFi information. No Xmas decorations.
