I had a great experience during my stay at this hotel. The ambience was warm, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The overall vibe of the place strikes a great balance between comfort and charm, making it an ideal spot for both solo travelers and families alike. The food served at the in-house restaurant was another highlight. Every meal was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. Whether it was local cuisine or more familiar dishes, the quality remained consistently good throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Mr. Anthony, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. He went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable and even assisted us in arranging a vehicle for local sightseeing, which made exploring the nearby attractions hassle-free. The rooms were well-kept and cozy, and the staff overall were polite and attentive. The proximity to popular spots added to the convenience, making this hotel a solid choice for anyone looking to enjoy good hospitality along with easy access to the city or beachside. Would definitely recommend this place for its great service, tasty food, and peaceful atmosphere. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Disappointed Stay – Not Worth the 4-Star Tag We booked a Superior Room at Le Season after reading many positive reviews and high ratings. We were a group of 4 women travelers and booked 2 rooms. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink, which was average. However, our disappointment began when we saw the rooms. The walls were unclean, paint was faded in many areas, and some spots were outright dirty. After requesting a change, we were given another room, but it had the same issues. The bathroom towels were stained and looked unhygienic. Breakfast was limited in variety but tasty. The location is good, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the overall condition of the rooms does not match the 4-star rating advertised. Honestly, it felt more like a 2-star hotel experience. Would not recommend if you’re expecting clean, well-maintained rooms for the price.

Had a very bad experience with Mr. Vinay Shrivastava from Le Season. He lacks basic manners to talk to a customer. I told him Agoda is showing a cheaper rate – he told me a ₹1,000 discount and I even told him I have a screenshot. Now he’s denying his own commitment and saying “we don’t accept Agoda bookings,” which is a complete lie – Agoda clearly shows rooms available. Totally unprofessional and misleading. If this is how they treat customers even before booking, I can’t imagine the service after check-in. Not recommended at all.
