Dhamana Beach

This is a really fantastic place. A little slice of paradise with a little private beach and an onsite chef, who can really cook! We spent most of our time relaxing in the guesthouse, and eating the incredible food! We also did an excursion to the shark point, which was also great. The whole place and all the staff, work like a well oiled machine, friendly and very attentive. We have no complaints at all, and could not have chosen a better place to stay on Mahibadhoo!

Dhamana Beach is pure paradise on Earth. The location is absolutely stunning, with rooms just 15 meters from the sea (no exaggeration!). The private beach is beautiful, thoughtfully maintained with care and love. The staff is always attentive, friendly, and ready to meet any request. Breakfast on the beach is a special treat, featuring fresh local products—made even more memorable by the colorful parrot keeping you company. Staying here means truly disconnecting from stress and indulging in the ultimate relaxation. Unmissable!

We were met with such a lovely warm and professional welcome by Enzo and his whole team. The room is even nicer than the photos do it justice. The decoration of flowers and palm on the bed was so welcoming. The balcony area looking out to the beach and water is delightful. The sound of the waves from the room incredible. The beach area is right out the front of the property and is very well cared for by the team. The food by the chef is exceptional and he catered for our vegetarian diets (which we’ve struggled with elsewhere in the Maldives). The pumpkin soup was my absolute fav. We went on a trip with them to find the whale shark, sadly we did not find them this time, but the trip was lovely anyway with Chuck, and we did enjoy snorkelling with the hawksbill turtle and beautiful colourful fish of all shapes and sizes. Enzo even gave a discount off the trip price as we didn’t find the whale-shark - so a nice touch. Also at dinner on the beach that night, they created a beautiful sand whale-shark for us instead. Very thoughtful. A perfect stay. Can’t recommend this place enough. It’s been the highlight of our trip to the Maldives in which we have visited 4 different islands.
