I recently had the pleasure of staying at Address Downtown hotel with my friends when we were vacation and I was thoroughly impressed with both the accommodations and the exceptional service from the lobby lounge staff HAY.The lounge environment was tastefully designed, offering a comfortable space to work or unwind. I dined at The Address Downtown Dubai for their breakfast buffet. During my stay here at the buffet, I was met with the most kind hearted, helpful gentleman by the name of Ibrahim. His service was beyond exceptional and if there is room for promotion or pay rise, I highly recommend he deserve it and be given the opportunity.
