Di Rienzo Pantheon Palace

I never leave reviews, but I just had to this time! Antonio was an AMAZING waiter! He was friendly, personal, and made the whole experience 5 stars! He made us laugh, gave great recommendations , and made us feel like family. We wanted to eat at other restaurants around Rome, but we had to stop here several times for dinner just for him! The food was incredible, with a great view of the Pantheon!!

Our stay had every chance to be a disaster. We made our reservations about 5 months ahead of our trip. When we arrived, we found out there was no reservation for my family. Our original reservation was cancelled immediately after we made it (scheduling conflict), but for some reason we never received an email. The hotel had no obligation to us and we had no place to stay. Luckily we weren’t in just any hotel. Salvo told us not to worry. He quickly moved around some guests and made room for our family. He told us everything would be alright. It was a perfect stay. The location is perfect. You are within walking distance to everything. Breakfast was included. Every morning we had front row seats to one of the greatest buildings in Rome. We also had one of the kindest and warm hearted hosts. I couldn’t ever imagine staying anywhere else when going to Rome.

Clean, safe room with a great central location and air conditioning! Salvo was very accommodating for our arrival time. Felt very comfortable and safe. Thank you.
