Dialoog Banyuwangi

A stunning location on the beach front in Banyuwangi. We arrived late in the evening after a long drive and ferry crossing from Bali and were welcomed with the pleasant surprise of a complimentary room upgrade (we had booked the deluxe ocean and were given an upgrade to a suite). The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. When we had early morning starts they would pack us breakfast boxes with sliced fruit, pastries, and sandwiches/eggs with bacon and sausages. They sorted out ferry tickets and drivers and were always there to help when needed. On our last night they offered to create a special breakfast for the next day given we had stayed at the hotel for several days and they thought we might want something new and different - it was such a thoughtful gesture. The location is stunning. You can see the misty mountain peaks of Bali from the hotel - a wonderful sight while you chill by the pool. Palm trees and green lawns create a little oasis. There are thoughtful touches to everything (like iced citrus water by the pool) and communication is managed smoothly through WhatsApp if you prefer. You can easily get around town and the surrounds with grab. I would 100% recommend Dialoog. Not only is it a beautiful, comfortable, and luxurious hotel, it's one that comes with incredible and thoughtful service. I hope to come back someday!

We had such a great time at Dialoog Hotel! The kids were so happy, and from the moment we arrived until we left, all the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, breakfast was really tasty especially fried rice, and the pool was awesome with a beautiful view. Would be perfect if the pool had warm water so the kids could enjoy it even more. Definitely planning to come back with the kids again. Hope the comfort and good vibes stay just as great next time!

Our experience here was nothing short of perfection. The room was spacious, loving the large balcony looking over the ocean and clean. The food was delicious with good variety, the restaurant was good to relax or work. The service was great, the staffs were friendly and helpful. The spa is a must-try, super relaxing with good price. The view and location were awesome. Had a pleasant time here. Definitely will return.
