I had such a wonderful stay here! The staff were truly amazing! Always friendly and helpful. I booked half board and honestly, the food was too good… despite hiking and biking in the mountains every day, I’m pretty sure I left a little rounder than I arrived 🙂Totally worth it though! Great people, delicious meals, and the perfect base for mountain adventures – highly recommend! And I will be back in September!
If you're looking for a luxurious and relaxing spa getaway, look no further than the DIAMANT. We were blown away by the quality of everything: the incredibly comfortable and spacious rooms, the breathtaking spa and pool area (a true highlight!), the delicious and varied dining options, and most importantly, the exceptional service from every member of the staff. The "All in One" concept made it so easy to unwind and enjoy our vacation. We particularly enjoyed [mention a specific treatment, restaurant, or activity you loved – e.g., "the hot stone massage," "the breakfast buffet," "the hiking trails nearby"]. Highly recommended!
3/5 Stars – Mixed Experience: very Comfortable Stay but Poor Service Follow-Through - however we did get a free bottle of apple juice as a parting gift We were really excited when we first arrived at the hotel. The initial impressions were great—the place is very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the spa experience was enjoyable overall. Most of the staff came off as friendly, and we were looking forward to a relaxing stay. However, there were several issues that impacted our experience. Right upon arrival, we discovered the shower in our room was broken. We reported it to the front desk, the maintenance guy, and even the cleaning staff who acknowledged it and said it had already been passed on. We were told it would be fixed and that they were going to get a part, but unfortunately, it was never addressed during our stay. Not a big deal. We made it work. At checkout, things took a frustrating turn when we were suddenly told we owed 58 euros for the broken shower—implying we had caused the damage. It was very upsetting, especially after multiple staff members had acknowledged it beforehand. We felt like we were being blamed unfairly, and it left a bad taste at the end of our stay. Also worth noting: • The spa staff, while polite, came off as overly watchful. One attendant blamed my friend for leaving the sauna door open, even though there were other guests using the facility, and it wasn’t clear who had done it. It felt like we were being monitored constantly over small things like plastic cups. • The hotel shuts down surprisingly early—around 9:30 or 10 PM. We weren’t even able to have dinner there because we were told a reservation had to be made the night before, but the dining hall was completely empty anyway. • The hallways were dimly lit to the point that we had to use our phone flashlights just to get to our room. It was a little scary but we made it work. • Finally, although Google lists free parking, we were still charged for it, and the staff insisted on the fee. When I pulled up the Google they still said we had to pay. It’s a shame because the property itself is lovely and could offer a great stay if the service issues were addressed and communication was better. Hopefully, they take this feedback to heart and make improvements.
