Diamond Bay Hotel Nha Trang

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped, and we truly appreciated the friendly gesture of upgrading us to a higher category — it made our experience even more enjoyable. The gym is absolutely amazing — luxurious and very well-maintained. It has all kinds of strength training machines, plenty of treadmills and stationary bikes. It’s one of the best hotel gyms we’ve seen. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic, offering a wide variety of foods and fresh fruits, including several delicious Vietnamese specialties. However, there are a couple of things that need improvement. During check-in, the staff forgot to return our passports. They only called us a day later to return them. Had we not retrieved them in time, it could have seriously impacted our travel plans, since our next and final destination was Ho Chi Minh City and the embassy is in Hanoi — this was very upsetting. Also, the check-out process could be improved. Guests are made to wait 5–10 minutes while a staff member physically checks the room minibar to ensure nothing was taken. It’s a bit inconvenient, especially when you’re in a hurry. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel very much, but we hope they improve these important operational details.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a vibrant and busy place at all times. One major inconvenience was the lift being shared with the private gym on Level 4, which often caused longer waiting times. That said, the service truly stood out. Special thanks to Ms. Jazzie, Ms. Clare, Ms. Adah, and the rest of the hardworking staff — your dedication and hospitality made a real difference during my stay. Overall, a well-managed hotel with great staff, despite the hotel needs upgrades and the long wait for the lift.

Overcrowded hotel, and horrible fitness room. No GM present. The hotel is badly managed. Far from the centre, the lifts are very long ( up 15 minutes waiting time), no beach towels available most of the time , room cleaning very superficial. But the worst of all is their California fitness. The smell is terrible, no air circulation and the equipments also smell badly. And when you want to use the room for the gym, they don't want hotel customers to stay and tell us instead to go to the corridor to practice gym, in front of the toilets..!. How do they treat the hotel customers..!!! What's a shame There are much better hotels in Nha Trang, and much cheaper
