Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa Patong Beach

Perfect Hotel. It has a unique location with amazing views from your room, the pool, restaurant, and location wise. Service is top notch, and they have a routinely shuttle to take you up and down from your hotel room, even though it has +100 stairs. The location is fairly close to good restaurants, and away from the noise and party stuff. Good security for ensuring safety for the hotel's residents. They have free first-aid kit doctor (included), and somebody who can tell you all about Phuket's activities in the hotel. Definitely recommend 👌🏻. However, the only downside is that my room did not have a smart TV. I couldn't cast nor share screen on the TV.

Great location with frequent shuttle buses, so the hilly setting wasn’t an issue. Breakfast had a good variety, and happy hour drinks were a nice bonus. Room service was regular and well-done, and the restaurant staff were always friendly. Loved the thoughtful pool amenities like the bag and the high-quality slippers. Only downside was the laundry service — a bit on the pricey side. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

This is a lovely resort set amid a cliff. The facilities are excellent, food very nice and very good for the price we paid. The restaurant and bar staff are very attentive. The spa is excellent. I had a one hour back massage with Pinchon who was an excellent therapist. The spa is beautifully maintained with well trained friendly staff. 10/10 for the spa, inc the spa reception staff. The only drawback at this resort is the language barrier at reception. It is very difficult to sort any issues in a timely manner due to communication difficulties. And yes, there are a lot of stairs as you would expect in a resort built into a cliff. A very enjoyable staff on a luxury escapes package.
