Diamond Hotel Baku

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with my family during the week of April 10th, and I must say—it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable environment that made us feel right at home. The bathrooms were spotless, and the showers—with their perfect water pressure—were honestly one of the highlights of our stay! A heartfelt thank you to the incredible team who made our visit so special. Mira and Firuza at the reception were exceptionally helpful, ensuring our luggage and room arrangements were handled with care and efficiency. The restaurant staff—Ali, Farman, and Mahira—were warm, kind, and always welcoming. And a special shout out to Vafa from housekeeping, who went above and beyond whenever we needed assistance. It's rare to come across such genuine hospitality and kindness, and it truly made our trip unforgettable. I would absolutely love to visit Baku again, not just for the city itself, but for the beautiful souls who made our stay so memorable.

We stayed in diamond hotel during our holidays in Baku. It has all the good qualities of an economical hotel. The rooms are good and spacious. We stayed in family suit and it was ideal for our family of 4. House keeping was done daily and service was good. Reception was responsive and helpful. The reason why I gave 4 stars is the breakfast as it was basic and can be improved. Rest all was good. Location of the hotel is very nice, there's a grocery market just at the back for daily supplies. Also many restaurants are at walking distance. I will recommend this hotel to everyone if you are looking for economy and value for money.

It's a very good hotel, but the room service is slow, the rest is fine. They are offering a spa, sauna and jacuzzi free of cost. I would like to recommend it to my friends and other family members.
