Diamond Hotel

10/10 — The vacation exceeded my expectations! Before the trip, I read many negative reviews, but in my case, everything was completely different the hotel pleasantly surprised me! The animation team was absolutely amazing! Every day there were fun activities, shows, games, dancing, and morning workouts the atmosphere was incredible. It was a pleasure to interact with them, and I loved hearing “Bon appétit!” every time I went to eat. Really lovely people who created a great mood. The food was tasty and varied there was always something for every taste. I especially enjoyed the bar a perfect place to sit back and relax. The service was top-notch: daily cleaning, everything neat and tidy. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. I don’t understand where the negative reviews come from — my experience was absolutely positive. I 100% recommend this hotel!

Had a very good week there. Food was below par but made up for by the location and staff. Always happy to help, a special shoutout to the animation team, especially Ivan and Ivan who were incredibly friendly, funny and caring. Both incredibly good at their jobs.

Service very poor rude staff we asked for a late check out and they told us they are fully booked even know we said we pay fully for the room and we looked on booking.com and rooms were available. They took our bands off us but nobody else so we couldn’t eat or drink at the hotel. Food is very poor ate out every night. Rooms are shocking not the room we asked for air con didn’t work. The only good thing about the hotel are the animation team they were very helpful and polite. Wouldn’t even give them a 1 star.
