We are currently staying here to celebrate my partner's birthday and our experience so far could have been any better. I made a special request through their online pre-check form and they acknowledged and even accommodated for FREE. How amazing is that? Now the breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing. The best so I've had so far compared to all the hotels I've stayed. Their staff are also all friendly and courteous. Overall a 5 out 5 experience!

If you want to celebrate special occasions with friends or loved ones, or simply unwind on a Friday night, this is the perfect place! Dinner buffet has a wide array of international cuisines with excellent quality taste and desserts are heavenly delicious! Staff are accommodating, attentive and polite. Will definitely revisit the place again. Thanks for a memorable experience, Diamond Hotel!

Booked two months in advance and did a late check-in. Came up with locked interconnecting rooms and no extra bed as requested. They knew the number of people who checked in and still gave two water bottles inside the rooms. The bathtub in 1124 was not working well, and I found it an old building, as the back staircase was not easy access for guests who had luggage. The last part was not enough parking space, and they did not prioritize in-house guests and still asked to pay 200 for valet parking. I don't mind paying, but below the parking, you saw lots of space with barrier cones to save the space. I do not recommend this hotel as there are similarly priced but more accommodating hotels. We are not paying a small amount here.
