Lovely hotel in a good location on the sea front. Has everything you need within the hotel including spa and shop and multiple bars with beautiful views. Rooms are basic but comfortable. The food is great but the service is what made our stay better.. the team work hard, particularly omer who is hands on, friendly and never lets your drinks run out :) thanks for having us.

We've just had the best holiday at this hotel. The hotel and location are 5*. Firstly our arrival and check in went very well. Staff was welcoming & friendly. We wasn't keen on the location of our room and was quickly relocated to another room, thank you. Reception staff also managed to locate a clothes iron for us to use. Our room was lovely & clean. Everyday the room was cleaned, given fresh towels and refreshed the bathroom products. I wish I had the name of the cleaner who looked after our room 2704 daily, she did an excellent job, thank you. The food was lovely, a good wide variety of food on offer everyday, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant was clean. The restaurant staff work very hard, they are very friendly, very attentive. I'd like to say a special thank you to Burhan, Seydi, Imam, who are very organised and work very hard, thank you. The bars are fully stocked with everything you could want. Most staff are smiley and welcoming. A special mention to Hediye, who works very efficiently with a smile on her face, and makes the best Long Island Ice Tea. Although I have mentioned some names, I want to point out that ALL staff I came across was very helpful and all worked very hard. I never used the pool or other facilities, but did see they were all very clean and well kept. This hotel was the main reason why we had such a lovely holiday. Thank you, and see you next year!

Booked this hotel due its location and rating for my boyfriend’s birthday. We found the bar staff were always kind and polite, despite language barriers, however this is the only other plus of our stay. Starting with the room, we have a double room, which consisted of two single beds that were very unstable, pushed together. The AC had little to no impact, therefore we had try keep the key card in the door when we went out, to keep it cool. The bathroom…. Disgusting. The toilet had mould and was clearly very worn away. Very small bathroom. The shower head was broken so my boyfriend went down to ask them to change it. The bathroom was quite dangerous as the floor easily got wet, the bath was very slippery and even the bath mat didn’t stop us from slipping. Lack of sunbeds as they were either occupied all day by towels, or just broken. We booked all inclusive but found we ate out most of the time as the food was very very poor. Signage of the buffet foods also didn’t indicate allergens, so had to use google translate to communicate with workers for my allergy. Not a 5 star hotel at all!!!!! Do not book
