Diamond Premium Hotel & Spa All Inclusive

We stayed for a week at Diamond Premium Hotel & Spa Hotel. Hotel: Hotel looks modern, have everything you need, including fitness (don't expect miracles, but have everything you need for a simple training), free saunas, few bars, 6 waterslides (not big but enough), amfiteáter for everything shows, good size outdoor pool, indoor pool ( was closed during the summer), few shops (souvenirs, clothes and bags - replicas of original brands, watches and game room place which was a bit expensive), two restaurants where you can have 1 dinner per stay ( Italian and Turkish). 5 out of 5 Rooms: we had an "apartment" - two rooms and two baths, two balconies, one minibar. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. We had a small issue with the door, but the maintenance guys fixed it (twice). 5 out of 5 Food: At first glance the food is really good, a lot of different things for everyone. I would give here 3 out of 5 because I am quite pretentious with regards to food. If you don't look into the details, you will be satisfied. Animation: Very nice and good people work as animators (except one guy who was going after my daughter, bothering her all the time and when she ignored him, he pushed her into the pool without her expecting it). But in general, amazing guys, especially Baris and Yasin, thank you guys for your efforts to make people feel good. One of the guys told me...we are here to work for you....Super cool guys. There are a lot of activities.. darts, airgun shooting, water gymnastics, zumba, foam party every Wednesday, yoga, etc..) 5 out of 5 Stuff: Overall very good service, polite people, except one nervous guy at the outside bar, but who cares about him...We wanted to change our room and the guys at the reception were very keen to help us. Waiters were also polite. 5 out of 5. We went last week of June, which seems to be the quietest time of the year, so I assume the hotel was not fully occupied. We left on 3rd July and we could see that on 2nd July the situation was very different from the last days of June. Suddenly the restaurant was overcrowded, it was visible that there are much more people than the day before, so it might be a bit more stressful when the hotel is fully booked. Beach: The beach is 5 min walk from the hotel, with a very well maintained way to the beach. There are plenty of sunbeds at the beach, bar open till 18:00, ice cream between 16:00-17:00. There are some horse shit* in the sand, because there are horses which you can tent, so the cleaning services is missing. When you enter the water, it becomes deep in few meters. 4 out of 5 Our stay was great, 5 out of 5

Great hotel for families and golfers, staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Rooms and facilities in the rooms are very good. Nice beach although chilly when we were there. Outside pools were big and surrounded the hotel, but indoors not really good enough for swimmers only families. Food was a good selection, plentiful and cooked nicely. Bar staff and waiters were very attentive and constantly checking you were ok and drinks a plenty. Customer service and reception are also great and plenty of staff to help everywhere. Transport to and from golf courses we couldn't fault, Airport transfers spot on.

The hotel is clearly not 5 stars, at most 3.5. It was terrible. We stayed here for 10 days, and they forgot to clean our room !5! times! The Wi-Fi isn’t working all the times, it doesn’t depends on where you are. The hotel ONLY for German, evening programs on German. Guys, there are English speakers too. Germans know English, so they will understand everything. The rooms are all shabby, old. The bed linen was never changed! There is no soundproofing, I heard a child screaming at night, neighbors talking on the phone. The shower is terrible, the water is cold, then a second later boiling, and so on, the minibar is very poor, also not always replenished. The food at the hotel is tasteless, and I've seen cockroaches in the corners a couple of times. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea, even though it's advertised as a 3-minute walk. There's no children-free area, and someone's misfortune is constantly yelling in your ear. In the SPA a lot of strange people who tried to steal you money when you want to change the towels. It is like circus, you can’t change or take towels in the morning, you can do it ONLY at 6 pm, you should pay money for hell towels. Man said: “We can give you a towel for a 10€ but you have to give it back” Are you serious? Bar is not the best, but i can stand it. Evening show are always the same, but im not interested in it. I can’t imagine how can someone stay here more than a few days, because on the 3th day i wanted to go home. You absolutely should think twice about staying in this hotel, because there are a lot of different hotels with better service and normal way to sea.
