We booked rooms 3 weeks in advance, no one warned us that their summer camp was moving in and the conditions for rest were changing!!! So we arrive for rest (this is the 4th year that we have been going to this hotel) and they tell us: - there is no children's room, go to the white building. We arrive there, a room measuring 2 * 3 with a small labyrinth and a galvanized slide and even without steps. And the children have to run back and forth or be led if you live in the black building, the convenience is terrible!!! - the restaurant is also in the white building. So we went to have lunch. We ordered borscht, salad and dumplings for the child. We waited about an hour, as if they were prepared by hand only after our order. The price is space, the taste is nothing. For borscht 380 UAH is too much. In the kolyba next door it is much tastier and more for 120. All days we had to dine outside the hotel, although one of the criteria for choosing a hotel was the delicious cuisine in the black building all 3 years in a row. - the rooms seem clean, but there were some issues too... We are very disappointed and the impression of the hotel is not the best..

SPA - HORRIBLE🤬🤬🤬or rather its complete absence, only the inscription on the plaque at the reception says about the spa. So we stopped at the hotel, the hotel is not bad by the way, it is clear that the owners made it with love, but that's where the love ended. I booked a set of procedures called "paradise delight" and no one could even imagine that it would be such trash. And so, this set includes: body massage with grandmother's brooms, sea peeling, seaweed wrap and white clay face mask. And so the first thing that awaited me was the masseur's delay for 45 minutes - there were already signals that it was better not to go at all. Then the fantasy, the admin calls and tells me that the masseur has finally arrived and I need to go to some room 12 - which really upset me and alarmed my husband. What kind of spa procedures are these in the room? Well, I go to the room, open the door with great surprise and see an oil painting. In the room where there are 2 beds, they squeezed a wooden couch and this is, in their understanding, a spa procedure for 4500 UAH per second. Then more... I go and ask the masseur what it is all about? To which she says that their massage parlor burned down and they do it here🤪 It's very interesting, why didn't they say that when they took the money! And here it all just begins. 1. The masseur came to the procedure in home clothes, what a persistent smell of the kitchen and she didn't change either 2. They didn't have disposable slippers or even a bathrobe for the client. 3. In front of the couch stood an ordinary chest of drawers with a TV above it (and about the TV a little later) On the chest of drawers was such shit that it is simply impossible to describe in words, and there were no creams or oils that they shoot for videos on Instagram. So that you know for sure that all the videos on Instagram have nothing to do with reality. We started doing massages for 4550 with Johnson's Baby oil. And the show program began, accompanied by Russian songs by Stas Mikhailov, Purin commercials, and a glade for toilets in half with a masseur who was doing the massage with one hand and switching the playlist with the remote control with the other. But then a mess happened, the masseur had to pick up the child from kindergarten, and a certain Tanya had to conscientiously follow the instructions dictated by the phone to pick up the baby from kindergarten, and another lady had to control this process accompanied by songs, commercials from YouTube and a clear controller of the masseur who was supposed to provide procedures for a while, but there were not enough hands, because one had a remote control and the other a phone..... Furthermore. With grief in half, we did the massage as best we could, we reached the moment of wrapping. She poured me with a deadly liquid that I don't understand. And she says, let's lie down and I'll come out for a moment. 40 minutes passed. This liquid began to burn me terribly all over my body, and there was no one except me in the room, accompanied by advertisements on YouTube. I get up, dial the reception - of course no one picks up the phone. I go to the shower, there are no slippers, no towel, no bathrobe .... A professional master appears. To which I say that my whole body is burning - the answer is stunned, "no one else is burning for you" - this is wonderful but it doesn't make me feel any better. I say give me slippers and a towel - she went out somewhere. I washed everything off myself and with extraordinary emotions of heavenly pleasure at the Diamant Resort hotel in Bukovel I left there. My whole body was burning like fire, as if after burns - we went to the clinic to see the doctors because I was very scared. The doctor advised me to apply panthenol. After such pleasure, I CATEGORILY DO NOT RECOMMEND SPA PROCEDURES HERE😡😡😡😡😡 After that, I went to the reception to solve this situation, they couldn't think of anything better to justify themselves, they said that the services were provided 100% and there was no refund for anything because the masseur - "was" And before this bouquet and 4550 there were no grandmother's brooms or face masks - but I'm already glad that there weren't any. It's good that I stayed alive. And then everyone decides for themselves whether they want such pleasure.
