Diamond Stars Ben Tre Hotel

I stayed at the Diamond Stars Ben Tre Hotel from 25 March to 4 April 2025. I would have to say that this was probably the most pleasant hotel stay I have had in a very long time. The hotel itself is a very nice upscale hotel with many amenities. The cleanliness was top notch. location was perfect for me on my visit to Ben Tre. The views from the hotel were beautiful. The best attribute of the hotel was the staff. When I tell you that the professionalism and courtesy delivered by each and every member I encountered during my stay, and I had the privilege of meeting many, many staff members during my extended stay, was top notch - believe it. My kudos to upper management for selecting, training, mentoring, and believing in the team you have assembled. They are delivering to the expectations set upon them. As the "face" of the Diamond Stars Hotel in Ben Tre, you all can be rest assured that your brand is being represented in an excellent manner. I have plans on returning to Ben Tre multiple times during the coming months/year and I will not stay anywhere else. Many thanks to all! Brian B.

This is the best hotel in Ben Tre, located next to the city grand market (Ben Tre market) and Ham Luong romantic river. Staff are nice, rooms are fine. About the swimming pool and the breakfast room: it's better if two services are separated. We are not confortable to wear swimsuit amongs others who are eating.

Hotel looks a lot older in real life than it does on the pictures! The room is comfortable though. Staff are kind. Breakfast is decent enough but not great. Fresh fruit but most other things of mediocre quality. Swimming pool area is a bit cramped and the pool is not that attractive at close-up. We stayed in many places in Vietnam that are just as nice or nicer for half the price. So value for money is not good. For this kind of money you expect more in terms of breakfast, no mold on the bathroom sealant and windows that are clean enough to actually enjoy the advertised river view…
