The staff at Hotel Keflavik felt like our guardian angels after our connecting flight to the UK was cancelled. They turned a travel nightmare into a positive experience. The rooms were beautiful with granite, marble and very comfortable beds. The food was top notch with choices for the whole family. They scheduled us a driver to get back to the airport for our flight the next day. I cannot thank them enough for being so kind.

The hotel rooms were clean, stylish, and offered a comfortable retreat after a busy day. I appreciated the well-maintained décor, which reflected the sophistication of the hotel. Location-wise, Hotel Keflavík Diamond Suites is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers flying out of Reykjavík. Being just a quick five-minute drive from the airport made my journey easy and stress-free, allowing me to focus on enjoying my time in Iceland. Everything about our stay was perfect. Staff were extremely friendly, and went the extra mile. We'd like to give special thanks to Neethu at the front counter, and the staff at Kef restaurant for making our stay memorable! Rooms were spacious and clean. Everything was working well and we had a good view of the harbour. It is a good hotel to stay at for a few days after touchdown or before leaving Iceland.
