Diamond Treasure

I stayed at Hilton Cypress Pointe last month in a two-bedroom suite and the entire experience was absolutely fabulous. The room was spotless, spacious, and perfect for my family. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was top notch. Huge shoutout to Santiago at the front desk who provided excellent service and was able to check us in at 11 AM so we could head straight to the parks which was such a relief after traveling. We had one small maintenance issue with a clogged sink and it was resolved quickly and efficiently while we were out enjoying our day. I truly appreciated how responsive and professional the staff were. The resort itself is beautiful and packed with amenities beyond just the pool. We enjoyed the basketball court, oversized outdoor chess board, barbecue grills, and more. As an added bonus, you can also access the amenities at their sister property right across the street which was a huge plus. I was truly impressed and completely satisfied with my stay. This resort exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Family trip with kids. Awesome pool. Kids club and activities. Great location for Disneyworld and nice place to stay to rest after a long day in the parks. The staff are great. Love the multiple rooms and kitchen, patio, close stores. Yes, some older appliances and furnishings - but, clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful time! Especially like their activity center. My granddaughter and I went to the build a Buddy activity. One day she got a glitter tattoo. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Great place for family vacation!
