Had a wonderful stay at this condo-style hotel! The location is absolutely beautiful, and the walk around the nearby lake was such a peaceful experience—especially around sunset. The place was neat, clean, and well-maintained, making it feel really comfortable and homey. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway with nature right at your doorstep. Would definitely stay here again!
Perfect hotel except the hot water comes out boiling hot from the shower and sink, very easy to get burned and when I say hot I mean literally boiling! Great pool and great room, location isn't downtown but there are dozens of boutique restaurants within walking distance. I don't think you will find a better location in Hanoi. TV was internet connected which is a big plus 👍
The location of the suite is by the lake and close by to most of the places in Hanoi, however the view from the room may not be as pretty as expected. The room and the amenities in it are really nice. The room wont disappoint you at all. The really disappointing thing was their service in providing drinking water. They offer only 1 ltr of drinking water per day and if you want more, you have to buy from them at 25000 VND per 500 ml.
