Such a wonderful place. The animation team, are brilliant and so friendly. The entire team of staff are warm and welcoming. Rooms are great, choice of food is so good and snacks throughout the day. Always something to do, or if you want to do nothing there are 3 pools to choose from too. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.
Location is perfect. This hotel is based in the centre of restaurants, market, water park and fairground. Only 5 minutes away from the beach. Plenty of choice for food. Rooms are spotless. Entertainment team are brilliant especially Alex. All staff are friendly and can’t do enough for you.
Wasn't sure what to expect on booking the hotel. Its advertised as a 4star but not European standards. The rooms are fairly good and clean. Somewhere to rest your head. The food is same every day. Best the chefs can do with cheap ingredients. The evenings entertain is barmy. An eye opener. They like there fire 🔥. Entertainment team are enthusiastic and hard working. Certain bar staff can be moody. Most are fine.
