Die Burg Schöna In a national park

First of all: the 5-star rating for the rooms may seem odd to some, but it refers to the stated amenities and not to what someone might expect and then not find. We held a large family celebration there last fall, renting the entire building for two nights. The organization in advance went very well (thanks again for that!), and the venue itself is excellent, especially with the newly renovated barn. Add to that the great location, the beautiful landscape, the option to bring pets, the brick pizza oven, and the space with "chill-out" options. At the end of the day, all guests gave consistently positive feedback, even those who had a long journey (from southern Bavaria): "The three days were worth it, and the high level of relaxation meant there was no real stress, despite the long journey there and back."
