Comfortable bed.nice wiev. good food. pretty beach.friendly staff.
Very typical and authentic hotel run by a family. We stayed 2 nights and booked 2 rooms for our family of 5. Nice buffet, friendly staff but nobody speaks English. I would not recommend for foreigners if you are not accompanied by a Turkish speaking person. The room has been refurbished recently. The buffet is marvellous and delicious, both dinner and breakfast. The hotel gives directly on the beach and the hotel provides chaises longues and parasols. Negative point is the sea that is dirty.
We booked 2 Room for 4 people via Expedia 2 months before the accommodation. When we arrived the hotel, they told the reservation is only for 1 person of each room and we have to pay additional fee per room. ( same comments below from customers too) even we showed the reservation details, hotel did not accept it due to change on eur/try rate. And they told the reservation price (made 2 months ago) is so cheap now to stay there.. Officer from Expedia called hotel to confirm our reservation but she could not communicate Hotel due to language barrier as nobody can speak English in reception. Expedia e-mailed the confirmation of booking but they insistly mentioned that the e-mail did not arrive ( I got same mail in same time) After 4 hours discussion, hotel rudely kicked us out at 00:30!!! Unbelievable but they fired the customer who had reservation. Then we searched for different hotel in Dikili and found new one after 2 hours later. We saw there one of the Dikelya hotel staff- we discussed. This hotel too (Perla) was partly owned by them. He told he regret about situation and wanted to make discount for this hotel. But this did not change the bad experience that the hotel gave us. Worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life
