Dilly Das Nationalpark Resort

Beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and a giant spa.

Was here for a business trip. The room was really nice, clean, and well organised. The facilities are also top notch. The hotel's surrounding are also really nice and calming, with a view of the Austrian landscape.

We stayed at Dilly Das during February half term. Positives: New chalets are lovely. Spacious while still remaining cozy. Full equipped kitchen. Would be wonderful if it had washer & dryer, but otherwise great. Negatives: - Staff barely understood English, everything was German first and often were annoyed if you didn’t understand or asked for a modification. - Pool deck was so slippery. In 30 minutes we watched 12 children fall hard on the deck. It’s tile with no mats and is treacherous. - buffet is mediocre at best - it’s not a national park as you would think about Yellow Stone or others. It’s in the middle of a run down town with nothing really around. - the website depicts a winter wonderland as almost a given and there wasn’t a drop of snow— not their fault, but without snow it’s just a dimly lit indoor pool to pass your days. We will not be back. In fact we’re leaving early to get on with our holiday.
