I was amazed by the amenities provided: everything from a shaving kit to a toothbrush, plus a wonderful variety of soaps and shower products, making the stay feel incredibly comfortable and thoughtful. The bed was unbelievably comfortable — easily one of the best sleeps I’ve had in any hotel! Being right in the heart of Heraklion center, it’s the perfect spot to explore the city while enjoying a peaceful, high-end retreat. Highly recommended for anyone looking for both style and comfort!

This was a fantastic stay for us. We felt so welcomed by all of the hotel staff. Walking back each evening felt like coming home. Hotel was beautiful. Breakfast buffet was unreal with a very wide selection of fresh and delicious Greek options. Location was close and easily walkable to everything but also quiet and safe. Would absolutely stay here again!
